Comments on the proposed new Land Use Code are being requested by the Cortez City Council. Adoption of the new Code was continued at the public hearing on September 24, 2019, to allow additional time for comments to be submitted in writing.

Deadline for receipt of written comments is 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020.
Copies of the proposed Land Use Code are available for review in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Information is also available on the City’s website at: https://www.cityofcortez.com/478/Land-Use-Code-Update
