The Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of classes. Whether you would like to get in shape or stay in shape, we have a class for you. Please click on the calendar button on the right for details
Stationary Bike
Rev Master - Non impact class designed to enhance speed, strength and stamina.  
All levels welcome
F 8:15-9:15 am and SA 8:30-9:30 am with Kirk Kimble

Maes Madness- Combination of intervals on and off the bike.  DNR Fitness

Classic - M 8-9AM
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and or standing support.

Yoga -    M 10AM-11 PM
A group exercise class designed to increase flexibility, balance, muscular endurance and mind-body training.  All of the poses and breathing exercises are performed either seated or standing.

Cardio -  TU 9:30-10:30 AM
A universal class designed to increase cardiovasculas endurance, agility, strength, and balance.
Yoga -    W 8-9 AM

Classic - TH 9:30-10:30 AM
