Colorado Welcome Center

Cortez is home to one of the ten Colorado Welcome Centers in our state.  Centrally located at 928 E Main Cortez CO, in City Park. Our friendly travel counselors offer information on where to stay and play and are as quick with a smile as they are with advise.  Winter hours (Labor Day to Memorial Day):  9:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Closed Easter Sunday, Noon Thanksgiving Eve (Nov 21), Thanksgiving Day (Nov 22), Noon Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Noon New Years Eve, New Years Day. Summer hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day) 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. 

We offer hundreds of brochures and free maps.  Stop by and have a cup of coffee while you look over our collection of Ancestral Puebloan artifacts. We also have free internet access on two computers in the lobby.
