The General Services Department is made up of several divisions, all located at the City Service Center:
- Administration Division - handles large bids for City goods and services, oversees various contracts for purchasing, developing specifications and negotiations. They can be reached by calling 970.564.4050.
- Building Maintenance Division - responsible for maintenance and small construction projects for all of the City's buildings. They can be reached by calling 970.564.4053.
- Fleet Maintenance Division - maintains the City's equipment and vehicle fleet. They can be reached by calling 970.564.4052.
