Complete the following steps to set up your on-line account. You must only complete these steps to initially set up the account.
You must have an e-mail account to access utility account information.
Please have your utility account number and reading route number available. These are located on your utility statement. Both numbers should be entered exactly as they appear on your statement, with the dash and no spaces.
Click "Create Password."
Enter account number and reading route; click "Submit."
Account information will come up. Enter your PIN and e-mail address where appropriate; click "Submit."
Click "Exit" to finalize registration.
