Public Participation and Meetings
The Cortez Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to adopt a Master Street Plan at their next regular meeting on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at 6:30 PM in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 123 Roger Smith Avenue, Cortez. The Master Street Plan is an advisory document used to guide the future street network for the City of Cortez and, once adopted, will be part of the Cortez Comprehensive Plan.
Copies of the proposed Master Street Plan are available for inspection at the Cortez City Hall, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition, the complete draft of the Master Street Plan is available on the City's website at https://www.cityofcortez.com/666/Master-Street-Plan

The City of Cortez held two public meetings to discuss and gather input on the draft Master Street Plan on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 6:30 PM and Thursday, June 24, 2021 at NOON, 12:00 PM. The meetings were held at City Hall, 123 Roger Smith Ave., Cortez, CO.
