Exercise Classes

The Cortez Recreation Center offers a variety of exercise classes for all ages and abilities. Cost of classes is included in an annual membership, or available for a $4 fee. Look below to find a class that suits you.

Boot Camp

No Boots required! Offers a huge variety of calisthenics, body weight exercises, drill thrills, interval training, BURPEES.

Cycling Classes

Tai Chi

Class has elements of “Tai Ji Quan, Moving for Better Balance,” Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Chinese Traditional Medicine. Focus is on BREATH, VISUALIZATION, MEDITION, MOVEMENT THERAPY, and BALANCE….moving and strengthening all parts of the body; sitting, standing and stepping.
