Library

October 6, 2020

Cortez Public Library is excited to announce our next phase of service. Beginning October 12th we will no longer be taking appointments and we will be open to a limited capacity. We will be able to accommodate 30 patrons in the building at a time. Computers will be first come first served with 55-minute computer sessions (+ one additional 55-minute session, if there are no other patrons waiting). We will also continue to offer our study rooms for 55-minute sessions (+ one additional 55-minute session, if there are no other patrons waiting). We will continue to offer curbside at this time and encourage patrons to place holds on their accounts or call for assistance for a staff member to place holds for you. Our hours will remain the same:

Monday – Friday 10 am-4 pm

We are happy to offer as many services as possible during this unprecedented time, and under the Governor’s Safer at Home Order. We are frequently assessing the situation, however in the meantime, we continue to offer virtual programming for both children and adults.

Masks will be mandatory and we encourage you to wash your hands frequently and sanitize during your visit.

We appreciate your patience and support!

Thank you,

Alicia Gomori-Lusker
